Welcome to the akwaaba seeway foundation
We are an inter-denominational Christian charity, based in the Southwest of England, whose members are dedicated to helping children who live in impoverished areas of the world. Our vision at the Seeway Trust is to see children rescued from poverty and given the opportunity to grow up and live meaningful lives for themselves, their community and nation, empowered by the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Our mission is to rescue children.

Seeway Academy comprises of a school, Children’s Home and Mission House in the village of Namanwora in the Central region of Ghana.
Since 2000, Seeway Trust has supported this home through sponsorship and donations.
Sadly child labour still exists in many places in Africa including child slavery in Ghana.
Together we can stop the ancient practice of Trokosi / sexual slavery
You can rescue a child through Seeway Trust by setting them free from a life of child labour fishing on Lake Volta or releasing young girls held captive as sexual slaves through the vile practice of Trokosi.
